These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the services offered by Formelyx Site Fixes Ltd. By submitting a service request, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
We provide small website update and micro-maintenance services for existing websites. Our services cover specific, clearly defined tasks such as text changes, image replacements, link fixes, contact detail updates, form checks and small section additions. Each service option has a defined scope stated at the point of order. We do not provide website design, development from scratch, custom functionality, SEO or ongoing maintenance contracts.
2. Service Scope and Limitations
Each service option covers only the specific task described in the selected option. Tasks outside the stated scope are not included. If your request falls outside the scope of the chosen option, we will notify you before proceeding. We reserve the right to decline requests outside our service scope. Changes to a request after submission may require a new order.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information in your request, including the correct website URL and the specific element or page to be updated. You must supply all materials required for the update at the time of submission. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
4. Payment
Payment is required prior to or at the time of service delivery as specified in the order process. Prices are as shown on the service page. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Delivery and Completion
We aim to apply updates within the timeframe indicated for each service option. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We will notify you when the update has been applied and verified. If a task cannot be completed as requested, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
6. Refunds
If we are unable to complete the requested update due to technical limitations or factors outside our control, a refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for completed work where the service was delivered as described. If you believe a delivered update was incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of completion.
7. Intellectual Property
We do not claim ownership of any materials you provide. By submitting materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that their use does not infringe any third-party rights. We accept no liability for intellectual property disputes arising from materials supplied by you.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. We strongly recommend maintaining a backup of your website before any updates are applied.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
